Esther Anil is a young child artist who has made her acting debut with the movie ‘Nallavan’. She became popular through her acting presence in the blockbuster film ‘Drishyam’ directed by Jeethu Joseph. Esther Anil was born on 27 August 2001 in Wayanad as the daughter of Anil Abraham and Manju Anil. Her parents are running a Homestay business from their home Buena Vista in the Wayanad landscape. After her formal education, Esther got enrolled in De Paul Public School in Kalpetta, Wayanad. She has two younger brothers, Evan and Eric. Evan is studying in 7th standard while her youngest brother Eric is in 2nd standard.
Esther’s aunty Beena Mol was the first runner up in a reality show ‘Best Citizen Journalist’ aired in Amritha Channel. As she wished that her sister Manju Anil’s cooking talent should be recognized, she persuaded her sister to participate in a program titled the Taste of Kerala. As she was asked to prepare a recipe before the Television crew for the show, camera man Biju Pazavila found Esther playing with her younger siblings. Found much special in the young girl, her portfolio was prepared. The lively shots of the smart young girl gave her the big tickets in the Malayalam film industry
Esther Anil made her acting debut as a child actor in 2010 through the film Nallavan. She shared screen space with Jayasurya, Siddique, Mythili and Sudheesh. Her second film was Orunal Varum which had Mohan Lal and Sameeera Reddy in the lead.
Some of her later movies include Sakudumbam Shyamala, Metro, Cocktail, Violin, Jameela, Doctor Love, Mullassery Madhavan Kutty, Oru Yathrayil, Njanum Ente Familiyum, Mallu Singh, Drishyam, Omega Exe, Kunjanandante Kada and August Club. As Drishyam became a huge hit at the box office, she gained more popularity and offers. She has acted in the Telugu, Kannada and Tamil remake of Drishyam.
